You may return unworn or faulty* goods within 14 days of receipt of your order. The Customer is responsible for ensuring products are returened in their original packaging and in an unworn state. Returns cannot be accepted any later than 14 days of taking delivery.

 * If you believe your goods are faulty, please contact us on 01634-722477. A pre-paid returns label will be provided. Note: We will not refund return postage cost unless previously agreed. All goods returned as faulty, will be inspected for a manufacturing defect. If deemed faulty, a full refund or exchange will be given.

We will refund in full the cost of the product provided you have proof of purchase, without this we can only offer exchanges for the same product.
